Elizabeth West Takes 3rd Place at ICoMST

At the 66th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) and Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC), Elizabeth West, MSc (exp. 2020) presented virtually through a live online poster presentation and placed 3rd overall in the category of Processing, Technology, Food Safety and Preservation for the Master’s Student competition. Additionally, her abstract was also featured in the Meat in the Human Diet Division.
