At the 66th International Congress of Meat Science and Technology (ICoMST) and Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC), Elizabeth West, MSc (exp. 2020) presented virtually through a live online poster presentation and placed 3rd overall in the category of Processing, Technology, Food Safety and Preservation for the Master's Student competition.
